John H. Kim

John H. Kim, Esq., is a trial attorney dedicated to civil and criminal litigation in Georgia. From his earliest days in the courtroom, he felt a strong commitment to seeking justice through trial advocacy. He represents clients facing serious disputes and guides them through complex litigation with focus and determination.

John earned a B.A. in Political Science from Virginia Tech before pursuing his legal education. He later received his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law. During law school, he participated in the Prosecutorial Justice Program under the Third-Year Practice Act and served as President of the Asian Law Students Association and the Education Law Students Association.

John began his legal career by clerking for Floyd County Superior Court Judges, where he gained valuable insight into courtroom procedure and judicial decision-making. He later served as an Assistant District Attorney in Spalding and Fulton Counties, prosecuting numerous felony cases through trial and building strong courtroom experience.

John transitioned into civil litigation and worked at a boutique Atlanta law firm that handled general liability, complex litigation, motor-vehicle, and trucking cases. He also served as claims counsel for a Fortune 500 insurance company, defending personal injury and tort matters from investigation through resolution.

John H. Kim brings experience from both sides of the courtroom to his litigation practice. His background as a prosecutor, defense counsel, and claims professional allows him to evaluate cases from multiple perspectives. He remains committed to strong trial advocacy and works to secure fair outcomes for clients facing challenging legal disputes.
