John E. Pearce

John E. Pearce is a dedicated immigration attorney and partner with extensive experience representing clients before immigration courts, federal agencies, and appeals boards. John earned his Bachelor’s degree in Spanish, specializing in literature, from the University of Utah. He then obtained his Juris Doctor from Washburn University School of Law in Kansas. During law school, he worked as an intern in the family and immigration law clinics, where he developed a strong foundation in client advocacy and legal procedure.

Since joining MyRights Immigration Law Firm, John has concentrated his legal practice on waivers of inadmissibility, removal defense, naturalization, and family-based immigration. He has achieved successful outcomes for clients across the Intermountain West, representing them before immigration courts, the Board of Immigration Appeals, and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.

John is bilingual in English and Spanish, effectively serving a diverse range of clients. His commitment to immigration law is rooted in his experiences living in border communities during a religious mission, where he witnessed the struggles of immigrant families and committed himself to advocating for change.
