John earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin. He then pursued his Juris Doctor at the University of Houston. His academic background in accounting and law gives him a strong analytical foundation, allowing him to handle intricate financial and legal matters effectively.

Before founding Daspit Law Firm, John worked at Fulbright & Jaworski, one of the nation’s most prestigious law firms. There, he gained experience representing large corporations in high-value cases, refining his trial skills and legal strategy. His work involved handling complex disputes, including oil and gas litigation and contract disputes.

Since starting his firm, John has focused on personal injury law, representing victims of negligence.
