Joel R. Zullinger

Joel R. Zullinger is Of Counsel at Zullinger-Davis-Trinh, P.C. and has practiced law in Franklin, Fulton, and Cumberland Counties for more than four decades. He focuses on complex estate planning, estate administration, elder law, real estate, and business matters. Joel helps individuals, families, and business owners organize their affairs, address long-term planning concerns, and manage important property and succession issues with practical legal guidance.

Joel earned his J.D. magna cum laude from The Dickinson School of Law in 1973, where he was a member of the Woolsack Society. He received a B.A. in Government Administration from Shippensburg University in 1970. His academic training provided a strong foundation in legal analysis, public institutions, and problem solving, supporting his ability to evaluate complex estate, business, and real estate matters with careful judgment.

Earlier in his career, Joel maintained a broad general practice that included civil and criminal litigation, family law, wills, trusts, business corporation law, and real estate law. He has also conducted real estate settlements as a licensed title insurance agent since 1973. His later work has concentrated on charitable planning, elder law issues, estate administration, corporate governance, real estate transactions, and business succession planning for clients with varied legal and financial needs.
