Joel R. Spivack

Joel R. Spivack, Esq. is an experienced attorney with more than 30 years of practice in bankruptcy and real estate law. He represents clients with strong knowledge, careful attention to detail, and personal service. His work focuses on helping individuals and businesses resolve complex financial matters.

Joel earned his J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law in 1989. He also received a B.A. in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland in 1986. His education provides a solid foundation for his work in bankruptcy and real estate law.

Joel focuses on consumer and business bankruptcy matters, including Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13 cases. He also handles residential and business real estate transactions, representing both buyers and sellers in a wide range of property matters.

Joel has represented debtors, creditors, trustees, and creditors’ committees since 1990. His experience allows him to understand cases from all sides and provide balanced and effective legal strategies. He also served as a Zoning Board Attorney in Cherry Hill Township.

Joel is admitted to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and the District of Columbia. He is also admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court and several U.S. District Courts, including those in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Joel has held many professional roles, including serving as an arbitrator for the Superior Court of New Jersey and as a member of bankruptcy mediation panels. He has also contributed to local boards and committees related to law and community service.
