Joel D. Bieber

Joel D. Bieber is the founder of The Joel Bieber Firm, a personal injury and pharmaceutical law firm based in Richmond and Virginia Beach, Virginia. The firm also serves clients through offices in Maryland, South Carolina, West Virginia, Massachusetts, and Pennsylvania, helping people with serious injury claims.

Joel earned his B.A. in Political Science from Old Dominion University in 1982. He earned his J.D. from Oklahoma City University Law School in 1986. During college, he served as a Congressional legislative aide and a Virginia legislative aide, gaining early experience in law and public service.

Joel is admitted to practice in Virginia and South Carolina. He is also admitted in the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia, the South US District Court of South Carolina, and the US Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit. He has waived into other states to handle cases.

Joel handles personal injury claims and jury trials, car accidents, brain injury, trucking injury, pharmaceutical claims and devices, dog bites, insurance claims, and job injury claims. His practice focuses on helping injured clients seek justice through skilled case work, trial preparation, and clear legal guidance.

He also served on the VCU Health System Authority Board of Directors.
