Joe Wyckoff is a dedicated criminal defense attorney at Banks & Brower, LLC in Indianapolis. Joe began his legal career after earning his Juris Doctor in 2017 from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations & Rhetorical Advocacy from Purdue University, where he was a Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity member. His undergraduate communication training enhances his effectiveness in negotiations and trial advocacy.

Joe began his legal career representing parents in Indiana Department of Child Services (DCS) cases at the Marion County Public Defender Agency. He then served as a Deputy Prosecutor with the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office, handling a wide range of criminal cases, including misdemeanors, Level 6 felonies, and serious juvenile felony charges. With experience on both the defense and prosecution sides, Joe offers a strategic, well-rounded perspective on criminal law, criminal procedure, and effective case strategy.
