Joe Frick

Joseph Frick is the managing partner of Joe Frick Law, PLLC and represents clients in Boise and other Idaho communities. His firm’s practice includes personal injury, car accidents, workers’ compensation, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, wrongful death, and family law matters such as divorce and child custody. Before starting his own firm, he practiced with Crowley Fleck PLLP and Tolliver Law Firm, P.C. in Montana and handled matters across several western states.

Joe earned his J.D. from Washburn University School of Law in 2013 with Dean’s Honors and received a Certificate in Natural Resources Law with Distinction and a Certificate in Advocacy with Distinction. He earned a B.S. from Southwestern College in 2008 and an A.A.S. from the Community College of the Air Force. Before law school, he served in the U.S. Air Force, an experience followed by legal education focused on advocacy and natural-resources issues.

His prior practice in Montana involved multiple areas of law and work throughout Montana, North Dakota, and Wyoming. In Idaho, Joe’s firm focuses prominently on representing injured clients in accident and workers’ compensation matters, including serious vehicle collisions and wrongful death claims. The firm also handles family law matters. He is admitted in Idaho and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Idaho, while several of his prior state licenses are listed as inactive.

Joseph Frick brings military service, multi-state legal experience, and formal advocacy training to his Idaho practice. His work requires helping clients understand the legal process after injuries, workplace events, fatal accidents, and family disputes. By combining litigation experience with direct client counseling, he assists individuals in evaluating claims, preparing for negotiations or court proceedings, and pursuing practical legal resolutions in high-stress circumstances.
