Jim Feleen

Jim Feleen is a general practice attorney serving individuals, families, property owners, and businesses in Claremont and throughout Sullivan County, New Hampshire. His practice covers residential and commercial real estate, title matters, personal injury, estate planning, probate administration, contract disputes, and related legal needs. Feleen earned a B.A. from Bethel College in St. Paul, Minnesota, in 1980 and a J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law in 1984. He was admitted to the New Hampshire Bar that same year. His real estate experience includes title searches and examinations, purchase and sale agreements, deeds, mortgages, refinancing, title insurance, document review, and residential or commercial closings.
