Jill Puertas

Jill Puertas is a Clayton family law lawyer whose practice covers divorce, legal separation, child support enforcement and modification, child custody, mediation, guardianship and conservatorship for disabled adults, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. She handles contested cases as well as mediation and non-contested solutions, helping clients address family disputes with attention to practical problem solving, future planning, and workable resolutions outside or inside the courtroom.

Jill earned a B.A. from the University of Missouri-St. Louis and a J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law. Her legal education supports a practice that combines litigation, negotiation, mediation, and specialized work involving children and families. She has continued to build additional professional training through certification as a Guardian Ad Litem, mediator, and parenting coordinator for domestic relations matters.
