Jessica Wollwage-Rymut

Jessica Wollwage-Rymut has spent more than ten years guiding individuals and families through family law, estate planning, guardianship, adoption, and probate matters. Licensed in 2011, she has become known for delivering practical direction and steady support to clients working through major personal and legal changes.

Jessica completed her B.A. in Political Science at Northwestern University in 2007 and later earned her J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2011. While studying, she helped IllinoisLegalAid.org develop materials for people facing domestic violence, stalking, and sexual assault. She also worked in the Chicago-Kent Taxpayer Clinic and volunteered as a Court Appointed Special Advocate with CASA of DuPage County.

Jessica’s practice experience covers an extensive range of issues, such as adult and minor guardianships, probate administration, divorce, parentage matters, maintenance, child support, custody allocation, parenting time, and post-decree concerns. She approaches each matter with clarity and thoughtful planning, helping clients move through complicated family or estate challenges with confidence. Her work has earned her consistent recognition as a Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2020 through 2025.
