Jessica Sendek

Jessica Sendek is the Attorney and Founder of Hensley Sendek Law in Wheaton, Illinois, where she concentrates exclusively on family law. She represents clients throughout DuPage, Cook, Will, and Kane counties in complex domestic relations matters, providing strategic and client-focused advocacy.

Jessica earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Notre Dame Law School, graduating cum laude in May 2007. While in law school, she served as a Guardian ad Litem for minor children and received the Dean Konop Legal Aid Award for Excellence. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Economics and Psychology at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Jessica has extensive experience in divorce, allocation of parental responsibilities, parenting time, child support, maintenance, and property identification and distribution. Her practice also includes high-asset marital estates, qualified domestic relations orders, post-decree matters, parentage cases, and appellate representation.

Jessica is trained as a Guardian ad Litem in DuPage County and is appointed by the court to make recommendations regarding the best interests of minor children. She is also a member of the United States Department of State Hague Convention Attorney Network, representing clients in international child abduction and return proceedings.
