Jessica Palumbo is an experienced immigration attorney whose practice is devoted exclusively to federal immigration law. She represents foreign nationals nationwide, handling complex matters before U.S. Immigration agencies and appellate courts, including the Second, Fourth, and Eleventh Circuit Courts of Appeal, with a focus on precise legal analysis and effective advocacy.

Jessica earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Wellesley College and her Juris Doctor from Pace Law School. Jessica’s career in immigration law began in 2007, while she served as a student attorney at her law school’s immigration justice clinic. Since becoming a barred attorney in 2009, she has built extensive experience in refugee resettlement, removal defense, and appellate litigation.
