Jessica McKinney

Jessica McKinney is an Austin personal injury attorney who represents injured clients across Central Texas. Her work focuses on helping people pursue claims against insurance companies and other responsible parties after serious injuries. Jessica earned a J.D. from Drake University Law School and a B.A. in International Business from St. Edward’s University. After law school, she worked with ASISTA Immigration Assistance, a nonprofit organization that helps lawyers navigate immigration law. She also served as in-house counsel to Trident Research, an engineering company developing military testing instrumentation. Her varied legal background strengthened her ability to analyze complex issues and communicate practical solutions.

Jessica later joined a law firm in Des Moines, Iowa, where she handled divorce, child custody, child support, modification, and enforcement matters. She also assisted with complex state and federal criminal cases and gained early exposure to personal injury and products law. After returning to Austin, she spent several years learning personal injury practice at an established firm before helping launch her current practice and concentrating on injured clients.
