Jessica L. Dark is a partner at Pierce Couch’s Oklahoma City office, where she focuses on civil rights defense, employment liability, and appellate practice. She represents government officials and public entities in cases involving civil rights violations. Additionally, she provides legal counsel on employment matters and defends employers in both state and federal courts. Her litigation experience includes handling premises liability and general tort cases. Jessica is licensed to practice in Oklahoma’s state and federal courts, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Jessica earned her B.A. in Political Science and History from Southwestern Oklahoma State University. She then obtained her J.D. from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where she graduated with honors. During law school, she served as President of the Oklahoma Advancement for Women in the Law and was a member of the American Indian Law Review.

Jessica has built a strong reputation as a skilled defense attorney, advocating for public officials and employers in complex legal matters. She has successfully defended clients in high-stakes litigation and advised on employment-related policies and compliance.
