Jessica E. Thomas

Jessica E. Thomas is a partner at Pansing Hogan Ernst & Buser LLP, and she advises developers, owners, landlords, and tenants on commercial real estate law and governmental entitlement matters. She assists clients with acquisitions, financing, purchase and sale agreements, leases, construction contracts, and related negotiations. She coordinates and analyzes due diligence issues so her clients can evaluate property risks and transaction requirements. She also represents clients in real estate development, platting, zoning, land use, and government entitlement proceedings.

Jessica earned her B.A. magna cum laude from Arizona State University. She received her J.D. from Creighton University.
