Jessica Abdollahi

Jessica Abdollahi is the founder and principal attorney of AF Law in Sacramento, California. She represents clients in Sacramento, Yolo, and Placer Counties on family law matters. Her practice covers divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, domestic violence, property division, prenuptial agreements, domestic partnerships, and grandparents’ visitation rights. She works to protect clients’ legal interests during difficult family disputes and important financial decisions.

Jessica earned a B.A. in Sociology, with a minor in Political Science, in South Florida. She went on to earn an MBA in International Business from St. Thomas University and a Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami. Her education provides a background in social issues, international business matters, and the legal questions that arise in family cases involving property and support.

Jessica has more than 14 years of experience practicing family law in Florida and California courts. She began building her courtroom skills in Florida, where she developed a direct approach based on preparation, strategy, and clear communication. After moving to California in 2015, she brought that experience to her work in Sacramento and the surrounding counties, handling disputes through settlement talks and courtroom litigation when needed.
