Jessica A. Board

Jessica A. Board is a litigation attorney and partner who advises homeowners, contractors, engineers, and business owners in complex civil disputes. Her practice covers complex commercial litigation, creditors’ rights, bankruptcy, collections, real estate litigation, construction litigation, employment litigation, and general civil litigation. She also handles secured transactions, insurance defense, product liability, and workers’ compensation matters. Jessica earned an Associate of Arts from Iowa Central Community College in 2007, a Bachelor of Arts (Political Science and Finance) from the University of Northern Iowa in 2010, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Iowa in 2014. During law school, she served as a Managing Editor of the Iowa Law Review and received the American Bankruptcy Institute Medal of Excellence in Bankruptcy Studies. Her education provides a broad foundation for analyzing commercial conflicts, financial concerns, and litigation strategy.

Jessica previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Thad J. Collins, Chief Bankruptcy Judge for the Northern District of Iowa.
