Jesse D. Crary

Jesse D. Crary teaches Captive Board Governance for the International Center for Captive Insurance Education. Jesse has chaired the Vermont Captive Insurance Association Legislative Committee, including in 2020 and 2024, and has presented on medical stop-loss and cell captive structures. Jesse has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America for Insurance Law since 2024. His practice combines transaction advice, regulatory counseling, and education about captive governance.
