Jerry Lindheim

Jerry Lindheim is an accomplished trial attorney and partner with a long-standing record in complex civil litigation. Throughout his distinguished career, he has acted as lead counsel in over one hundred jury trials, bench trials, and arbitration proceedings. His practice concentrates on medical malpractice, product liability, nursing home negligence, and catastrophic injury matters, where he is known for his meticulous preparation, strategic advocacy, and unwavering commitment to securing justice for his clients.

Mr. Lindheim earned his Bachelor’s degree in Biology, magna cum laude, from Temple University. Before law school, he worked as a medical auditor for local unions, gaining valuable experience in evaluating medical evidence. He earned his Juris Doctor from Temple University School of Law in 1988, where he honed his advocacy skills through Moot Court and the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA).

Licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as before multiple federal courts and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, Mr. Lindheim has successfully represented clients across various jurisdictions. His cases include medical and pharmaceutical negligence, defective machinery, premises liability, civil rights violations, and insurance coverage disputes involving health, property, and commercial homeowner policies.
