Jerry Lindheim

Jerry Lindheim is a seasoned trial attorney and partner with extensive experience in complex civil litigation. Over his distinguished career, Mr. Lindheim has served as lead counsel in more than one hundred jury and non-jury trials and arbitration proceedings. His practice focuses on medical malpractice, product liability, nursing home negligence, and catastrophic injury cases, where he has built a reputation for delivering justice through rigorous advocacy and preparation.

Mr. Lindheim earned his Bachelor’s degree in Biology, magna cum laude, from Temple University. Before law school, he worked as a medical auditor for local unions, gaining valuable experience in evaluating medical evidence. He earned his Juris Doctor from Temple University School of Law in 1988, where he honed his advocacy skills through Moot Court and the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA).

Licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as before multiple federal courts and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, Mr. Lindheim has successfully represented clients across various jurisdictions. His cases include medical and pharmaceutical negligence, defective machinery, premises liability, civil rights violations, and insurance coverage disputes involving health, property, and commercial homeowner policies.
