Jeremy A. Gogel is the founder and managing personal injury attorney at The Gogel Law Firm, whose practice focuses on representing people harmed by negligence. He handles medical malpractice, workers’ compensation, nursing home abuse, auto accidents, premises liability, truck accidents, wrongful death, legal malpractice, and bicycle accident claims. Jeremy earned a B.S.B.A. in Finance, Banking, and Economics from the University of Missouri-Columbia. He later shifted his focus toward representing injured people, drawing on his defense-side experience when evaluating liability, insurance issues, professional negligence, and litigation strategy in plaintiff-side cases.
