Brandy Wandres

Brandy Wandres is a Partner and trial lawyer who represents plaintiffs in catastrophic personal injury and other civil litigation matters. Her practice includes auto accidents, semi-truck accidents, boating accidents, bicycle accidents, premises liability, slip and fall claims, employment matters, and wrongful death. She previously spent much of her practice defending companies and insurance carriers against premises liability claims, giving her substantial experience with the defense side of injury litigation.

Brandy earned a J.D. from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where she served as an Editor of the American Indian Law Review. She received a Bachelor of Business Administration and Legal Studies from the University of Central Oklahoma. Her legal education and academic experience support her work in complex litigation, trial preparation, and detailed analysis of personal injury and employment disputes.

Brandy has taken numerous jury trials to verdict involving premises liability and employment claims. In addition to personal injury litigation, she handles employment disputes and advises businesses on employment practices. Her work includes sexual harassment training, pay issues, employee discipline and termination, employee handbook preparation, and employment contract drafting and negotiation. She provides outside counsel services to small businesses and continues advising regional and national companies on employment and HR concerns.

Brandy Wandres is admitted to Oklahoma state courts, all federal district courts in Oklahoma, the US Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, and federal courts in Arkansas. Her background defending businesses and insurers provides practical insight when representing injured plaintiffs. She combines trial experience with knowledge of premises liability, catastrophic injury, employment litigation, and business counseling to address complex disputes from multiple perspectives.
