Jenny Swajkoski

Jenny Swajkoski is a Partner in Hall Booth Smith, P.C.’s Missoula office who represents professionals, medical providers, health care entities, and businesses. Her practice includes medical malpractice, health care law, commercial litigation, and general liability matters. She appears in state and federal courts and before licensing boards and administrative bodies, handling disputes that require detailed factual investigation, coordinated strategy, and careful presentation of professional and technical issues.

Jenny earned her J.D. from the University of Idaho and a B.A. in Environmental Studies, University of Montana. Her legal education and interdisciplinary undergraduate background support work involving health care, professional liability, regulatory issues, and complex civil claims. She is admitted in both Montana and Idaho, giving her a regional practice platform for representing clients whose litigation and professional responsibilities cross state boundaries.

Jenny has served as second chair in civil trials, supported additional trial teams, and represented clients in preliminary injunction, punitive damages, and complex evidentiary hearings. She has acted as lead counsel in more than 50 mediations and small lawsuit resolution hearings and has argued numerous dispositive and non-dispositive motions. Her experience also includes depositions, expert and fact witnesses, corporate designees, and witness and trial preparation.

Jenny Swajkoski serves on the executive board of the Montana Defense Trial Lawyers and is the Montana state representative for DRI. She has been recognized by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America for Medical Malpractice Law – Defendants.
