Jennifer Ware

Jennifer Ware is an attorney with Arizona Family Law Attorneys in Phoenix, where she helps clients address sensitive family law matters with practical advocacy and careful attention to their circumstances. Jennifer earned three undergraduate degrees from the University of Missouri in 2015: a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies. She later received her Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri School of Law in 2019, along with a Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution. Her academic training developed skills in advocacy, negotiation, legal analysis, and practical problem-solving that continue to support her work with family law clients.

Before moving to Arizona, Jennifer spent several years working within the Missouri court system. She served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable R. Travis Willingham of the 16th Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri, where she strengthened her legal research and writing skills and gained insight into judicial decision-making. She also worked with the Jackson County Counselor’s Office on civil matters and later with the Jackson County Juvenile Office, which handles child abuse, neglect, and delinquency cases.

Jennifer Ware was admitted to the State Bar of Arizona in 2026 and is a member of the Maricopa County Bar Association. She also completed the Ross T. Roberts Trial Academy, further developing her courtroom and advocacy skills. Her background in court operations, civil matters, juvenile cases, and alternative dispute resolution gives her a broad perspective when addressing family law concerns. Jennifer focuses on providing dedicated, thoughtful representation to clients facing important legal and personal decisions.
