Jennifer V. Audeh is a Boston-based partner who advises investors and private and public companies on major business matters and strategic transactions. Her clients include private credit, venture capital, private equity, angel, mezzanine, and Small Business Investment Company investors. Jennifer received a B.A. from Boston University in 2003. She later earned a J.D., cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School in 2008. She completed the Business Law Concentration with distinction and received the Jurisprudence Award in Antitrust. She also served on the Moot Court Board Journal of Trial & Appellate Advocacy as executive director of appellate competitions.
