Jennifer T. Dane

Jennifer T. Dane, Esq., is an experienced family law attorney and the Managing Partner of the Law Office of Jennifer T. Dane, P.A. Since founding her firm in 2009, she has dedicated her legal practice exclusively to family law. For more than 17 years, she has helped individuals and families throughout Central Florida navigate difficult legal matters, including divorce, paternity, child custody, and child support cases. Known for her compassionate approach and strategic legal guidance, Jennifer works to help clients understand their options and make informed decisions during challenging times.

Jennifer earned her undergraduate degree from Presbyterian College in South Carolina. She also completed a semester of study at American University in Washington, D.C., where she gained valuable exposure to government and public service. She later pursued her J.D. at Barry University School of Law in Orlando. During law school, she strengthened her legal knowledge through certified legal internships with Seminole County Legal Aid, the Orange County Ninth Circuit State Attorney’s Office, and the Orange County Dependency Court. These experiences provided her with a strong foundation in advocacy and client representation.

Jennifer has focused on helping families resolve disputes in the most effective way possible throughout her legal career. As a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator, she encourages collaborative and cooperative solutions that reduce conflict and save clients time and expense. She believes many family law matters can be resolved outside the courtroom through mediation and negotiation. However, when settlement is not possible, she is a skilled litigator who is prepared to advocate strongly for her clients in court.

Jennifer T. Dane has a dedication to family law and professional excellence, which has earned her several recognitions, including the Seminole County Bar Association Young Lawyer Pro Bono Award and a national ranking among the Top 10 Under 40 Family Law Attorneys.
