Jill Marie Worstell-Benjamin is the owner and supervising attorney of The Worstell Law Firm. Jill earned her M.B.A. from the University of Missouri-Columbia College of Business in 2005, graduating magna cum laude. She received her J.D. from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law in 2004 and earned a B.A. in Business Administration from Truman State University in 2001. During law school, she received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for her work in the Advocacy, Family Violence, and Public Policy Clinic. Her academic achievements reflect her dedication to excellence and professional development.

Jill gained valuable experience in several professional roles before establishing herself as a leader in private practice. She served as in-house associate counsel, plan administrator, and member of benefit plan administrative committees at Kansas City Life Insurance Company. She also worked as an attorney and Director of Business Development and Client Relations for a national Social Security Disability services firm. These positions strengthened her knowledge of legal, financial, and administrative matters.
