Jennifer S. Willis is Of Counsel at Murphy Austin Adams Schoenfeld LLP, where she focuses her practice on construction litigation. Jennifer earned her Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific’s McGeorge School of Law, graduating in the top 25% of her class. While at McGeorge, she was managing editor of The McGeorge Law Review and competed internationally as a member of the VIS International Commercial Arbitration Team in Vienna. Jennifer also holds a B.S. in Business Administration, cum laude, with a concentration in International Business from California Polytechnic State University.
Before joining Murphy Austin, Jennifer was a partner at a San Francisco litigation firm, where she handled construction defect, asbestos defense, and general liability matters. She represented clients throughout California, Oregon, and Washington, successfully defending commercial arbitration cases and achieving dismissals of multi-million-dollar claims. Her track record demonstrates both her litigation skills and strategic case management.
Earlier in her career, Jennifer served as a senior trial attorney for a national insurance company, dividing her practice between construction defect litigation and general liability defense. She represented clients in matters including wrongful death, traumatic brain injury, product liability, and contractual disputes. She also gained extensive experience in federal and state courts across multiple states, as well as appellate advocacy.
