Jennifer M. Nasner

Jennifer M. Nasner is Senior Counsel in Crowley Fleck’s Williston office and works with the firm’s Tax, Trusts and Estates, Commercial, and Oil and Gas groups. Her practice includes trust and estate planning, probate and estate administration, oil and gas title examination, real estate matters, and business and commercial transactions. Her prior experience as a certified public accountant adds a financial perspective to legal planning and transactional work.

Jennifer earned her J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2005, graduating summa cum laude, and received a B.A. from Jamestown College in 2000, also summa cum laude. In law school, she served as an associate editor of the Gonzaga Law Review. Her academic training and accounting background support detailed work involving estates, business structures, property interests, tax-sensitive planning, and complex documentation.

Jennifer advises clients on business organizations, energy and minerals projects, oil and gas matters, real estate, and trusts and estates. Her work includes examining title issues, structuring estate plans, guiding probate and estate administration, and assisting with commercial and property transactions. She helps clients organize important legal and financial affairs while addressing the practical requirements that arise when assets, businesses, mineral interests, and family planning intersect.

Jennifer M. Nasner is admitted in Montana and North Dakota and also practices before the federal court in Montana. Her combination of legal training, accounting experience, and transactional practice allows her to evaluate matters from both legal and financial perspectives. She provides clients with structured guidance on estate administration, planning, property, and business issues that often require close attention to ownership, documentation, and long-term objectives.
