Jennifer Lovelace focuses her legal practice on estate planning, probate administration, contested probate, and guardianships. Jennifer earned her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Texas Tech University School of Law, where she served as Vice Chair for the Board of Barristers. She also holds an M.B.A. and a B.S. in Health Care Administration, both from Southwest Texas State University. Her academic foundation supports her meticulous and informed legal counsel.
In probate matters, Jennifer provides both compassionate and strategic representation. She assists families through all types of probate—simple or complex, contested or uncontested. From advising on creditor claims to managing estate assets, she offers comprehensive guidance tailored to each unique estate situation.
Jennifer also serves fiduciaries such as executors, administrators, and trustees, offering clarity and legal support through unfamiliar responsibilities. She advocates for heirs, beneficiaries, and principals to ensure their rights are upheld in probate and guardianship proceedings.

Jennifer is regularly appointed by the Johnson County Courts at Law as an attorney or guardian ad litem in guardianship and heirship cases. She handles both contested and uncontested guardianships, providing legal counsel to families navigating these sensitive processes.
Jennifer Lovelace’s work has earned recognition in local and statewide publications. She has been named a Top Attorney by Fort Worth and 360 West magazines and was honored as a 2024 Best Lawyer by Fort Worth Weekly. She currently serves as a director for the Tarrant County Probate Bar Association and remains active in the legal community.
