Jennifer L. Larsen

Jennifer L. Larsen is Of Counsel at Hagen, Wilka & Archer in Sioux Falls and focuses on business law, real estate law, commercial law, securities law, and mergers and acquisitions. She represents clients in acquisitions and dispositions of businesses, mergers, entity formation, private securities offerings, financing transactions, and real estate acquisitions and dispositions. Jennifer received a B.A. from Northwestern University in 1991 and a J.D., with honors, from the University of South Dakota in 2004. Before entering private practice, she served as Vice President of Finance for The Summit Group, Inc. from 1997 to 2004 and worked as a commercial real estate lender with Wells Fargo Bank, formerly Norwest Bank, from 1991 to 1997. This background adds financial and lending perspective to her legal work.

Jennifer advises on business and securities matters, corporate organization, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, and real estate deals.
