Jennifer deGraauw is a highly respected Albuquerque attorney and founding partner at Terry & deGraauw, P.C., with more than 17 years of dedicated family law experience. She is widely recognized for her ability to handle complex domestic relations cases, including business valuations during divorce, prenuptial agreements, separate property claims, and spousal support matters.
Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Kansas in 2004 before completing her Juris Doctor at the University of New Mexico School of Law in 2007. Since her admission to the New Mexico Bar, Jennifer has built a reputation for meticulous preparation, skilled advocacy, and the ability to secure favorable outcomes for her clients both in and out of court.
While she is an accomplished litigator, Jennifer finds the most fulfillment in helping clients reach lasting resolutions through mediation and collaborative divorce. Jennifer deGraauw is also a leader in the legal community, serving on the New Mexico Domestic Relations Rules Committee and as Vice-Chair of the Bosque School Board of Trustees. A co-author of the New Mexico Collaborative Law Act and past president of the New Mexico Collaborative Practice Group, she continues to shape the future of family law.
