Jennifer D. Silverman is a seasoned intellectual property attorney dedicated to helping clients develop, protect, and enforce their IP assets. Jennifer earned her Juris Doctor from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 1996, serving as Managing Editor and Associate Editor of the Touro Law Review. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from George Washington University. She is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, as well as before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

Before establishing her firm, Jennifer led the intellectual property department at a mid-sized law firm for a decade. She previously served as a partner at Pryor Cashman LLP and an associate at Reed Smith LLP.
