Jeffrey S. Tenenbaum is a nonprofit organizations attorney and managing partner at Tenenbaum Law Group PLLC, who advises management and boards on legal, governance, and sensitive business matters. His clients include charities, trade and professional associations, foundations, conservation groups, international NGOs, arts and cultural institutions, think tanks, and educational organizations. Jeffrey S. Tenenbaum is a frequent author, lecturer, media commentator, and speaker on nonprofit law. He has written or co-written more than 1,000 articles and delivered or moderated more than 1,500 presentations on nonprofit legal topics. His honors include the American Bar Association’s Outstanding Nonprofit Lawyer of the Year Award and Best Lawyers’ 2026 Lawyer of the Year for Nonprofit/Charities Law in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.
