Jeffrey P. Brock

Jeffrey P. Brock is an accomplished Florida attorney with extensive experience in real estate law, business law, estate planning, probate, and mediation involving business, real estate, and corporate matters. Jeffrey earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida in 1985, where he served as President of the Electrical Engineering Honor Society. He went on to obtain his Master’s Degree in Engineering Management from the University of South Florida in 1995. Continuing his academic excellence, he received his Juris Doctor with High Honors from the University of Florida College of Law in 1999. During law school, he earned multiple Book Awards in Civil Procedure, Fiduciary Administration, and Estate Planning and was honored with the Frank Maloney Outstanding Law Review Candidate Award. He also served as Senior Management Editor for the Florida Law Review.

Jeffrey’s professional background includes serving as a Supervising Planning Engineer with Florida Power & Light for a decade before transitioning to law. His engineering background brings a structured, analytical approach to his legal practice. He is also a Certified Circuit Court Mediator through the Florida Supreme Court. His leadership extends beyond his legal work—he has served as President of the Volusia County Real Property Council and held roles in the Volusia County Bar Association.
