Jeffrey N. Street

Jeffrey N. Street is an experienced personal injury attorney at Litster Frost Injury Lawyers, representing clients across Idaho in complex legal matters. His legal practice includes personal injury, insurance defense, medical malpractice, employment law, premises liability, and commercial litigation. With years of courtroom and corporate experience, Jeffrey brings a strong and balanced approach to every case. Jeffrey earned his J.D. from the University of Idaho College of Law. He also holds a B.A. in Legal Studies. His academic training provided a strong foundation in legal writing, research, and litigation strategy.

Jeffrey began his legal career by completing an externship. It was with the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals where he gained valuable insight into the federal appellate system. He also externed with a well-known litigation firm, Hall and Evans, LLC. After law school graduation, he started practicing law in Colorado, sharpening his courtroom skills and expanding his experience in civil litigation.

Jeffrey joined a company in Berkshire Hathaway, Fort Worth, named BNSF Railway in Texas, later. As Director in the Labor Relations and Management of the Workforce Department, he handled complex employment and labor law issues. This corporate experience gave him unique insight into employer-side strategies and internal legal processes.

Jeffrey N. Street got back to Idaho and began representing clients on all sides of the aisle in 2019. He has since built a reputation as a strong advocate for injury victims and a skilled litigator in insurance and commercial cases. Whether fighting for fair compensation or defending against liability claims, he works to protect his clients’ best interests. Today, Jeffrey represents Idahoans in Boise, Nampa, and Fruitland.
