Jeffrey N. Gaba

Jeffrey N. Gaba leads GDCR’s Government and real estate practice. He specializes in commercial real estate, eminent domain, zoning, and title law. Mr. Gaba, a Phi Beta Kappa grad of Emory, earned a B.A. He got his J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law. He can practice in Georgia, including the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court of Georgia, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.

Mr. Gaba has extensive experience in both sectors. He was in-house counsel for one of Georgia’s largest thrift institutions, a staff attorney for a government entity, and a Special Assistant Attorney General for Georgia. He advises on real estate and transportation for the Georgia DOT, the Board of Regents, and the Department of Natural Resources.

Mr. Gaba has helped acquire thousands of rights-of-way for transport projects, including major corridors like Roswell Road and Barrett Parkway. He has also helped counties acquire land for public facilities like parks, courthouses, and schools. His work includes complex real estate deals, like acquiring senior living centers, golf courses, shopping centers, and parklands.

He is active in groups like the Georgia Bar Association and its Title Standards Committee. He is a leader in the Asian Pacific legal community. He is a Philippine-American Chamber of Commerce member and the National Filipino American Lawyers Association.

Mr. Gaba is known for his strategic legal solutions and deep expertise. He has helped countless clients achieve their real estate and development goals, earning him a reputation as a trusted advisor in government and private practice.
