Jeffrey M. Feldman has earned a reputation as a highly skilled trial and appellate advocate, having handled more than one hundred trials and over one hundred twenty-five appeals across state and federal courts, including the United States Supreme Court. Throughout his career, he has represented corporations, executives, and individuals in complex civil and criminal cases involving environmental disputes, antitrust claims, and public policy issues.
Jeffrey received his B.A., with honors, in 1972 and his J.D. in 1975 from Northeastern University. Following graduation, he clerked for Justice Edmond W. Burke of the Alaska Supreme Court from 1975 to 1976. He is admitted to practice in Washington, Alaska, and Rhode Island, as well as before the United States District Courts for Washington (Western), Alaska, Rhode Island, Texas, and the District of Columbia. His admissions also extend to the Ninth Circuit, Fifth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.
Jeffrey has been widely recognized for his professional excellence and service to the legal community. He has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America® since 1991 and was honored as Lawyer of the Year in 2025. His accolades include the Alaska Bar Association Professionalism Award, ACLU Public Service Award, and the Alaska Bar Association Human Rights Award. He has also received the Philip A. Trautman Professor of the Year Award four times at the University of Washington School of Law, where he teaches and mentors future attorneys.
Jeffrey M. Feldman is a Fellow of both the American College of Trial Lawyers and the American Academy of Appellate Lawyers. His long-standing service includes leadership roles with the Alaska Bar Association and Alaska Commission on Judicial Conduct. Known for his dedication to justice and education, he continues to influence the legal profession through advocacy, teaching, and public service.
