Jeffrey Gronich

Jeffrey Gronich is an experienced employment law attorney committed to representing employees across Nevada. With a strong foundation in labor issues, he has helped individuals navigate complex disputes involving workplace rights, wrongful termination, and fair compensation. His practice centers on advocating for fair treatment and justice.

Jeffrey began his academic journey at The University of Texas at Austin, earning a Bachelor of Science in Radio, Television & Film in 2006. His passion for the legal system led him to the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 2013. During law school, he focused heavily on employment law.

Jeffrey’s earlier career as a table games dealer and floor supervisor in Las Vegas offered firsthand insight into the employer-employee dynamic. These experiences fueled his interest in employment law, enabling him to understand the realities workers face and reinforcing his dedication to employee advocacy in legal settings.

Jeffrey is licensed to practice law in Nevada and admitted to the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada. He is an active member of leading legal organizations, including the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Nevada, and the Nevada Justice Association. Jeffrey also contributes to the Employment Law Section and the Young Lawyers Division, staying current on Nevada employment law and emerging legal trends.

Jeffrey has received numerous recognitions throughout his legal career. He was named to the Super Lawyers Mountain States Rising Stars list from 2016 to 2019 and was honored in Nevada Legal Elite for 2016, 2017, and 2019. In 2020, he was recognized by Expertise as one of the Best Employment Lawyers in Las Vegas.
