Jeffrey Fronczak

Jeffrey Fronczak is a human resources and employment law attorney who supports national office operations and workplace management. He joined his current organization in September 2020 as Director of Human Resources for the national offices. He is licensed to practice law in Illinois and Arizona. His work focuses on employee relations, employment policies, human resources compliance, and practical guidance for management teams handling workplace issues.

Jeffrey earned his undergraduate degree in Business from Loyola University. He also earned a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin, a Master’s in Public Policy and Administration from Northwestern University, and a J.D. from John Marshall Law School. His education gives him a strong foundation in business operations, public administration, legal analysis, and workplace decision-making.

Jeffrey brings more than 25 years of prior experience with the Chicago Police Department. He served first as a sworn officer and sergeant before working as an Employee Relations Manager and Employment Law Attorney in the Office of the Superintendent. In that role, he represented the department before government agencies, developed and implemented employee policies, and advised senior management on employment and human resource matters.

His background in law enforcement, employee relations, policy development, and management counseling helps him address workplace matters with careful judgment.
