Jeffrey brings more than 25 years of prior experience with the Chicago Police Department. He served first as a sworn officer and sergeant before working as an Employee Relations Manager and Employment Law Attorney in the Office of the Superintendent. In that role, he represented the department before government agencies, developed and implemented employee policies, and advised senior management on employment and human resource matters.
