Jeffery Robinette

Jeffery L. Robinette is a Morgantown personal injury lawyer who represents people harmed by motor vehicle collisions, unsafe work sites, and other catastrophic events. He founded Robinette Legal Group, PLLC, in 1999 after working as a partner at a leading West Virginia insurance defense law firm on serious-injury claims.

Jeffery earned a degree in political science and history from Concord College in 1983. At West Virginia University College of Law, he edited the West Virginia Law Review and graduated in 1991. He also attended the University of Virginia School of Law National Trial Advocacy College in January 1992.

Jeffery was admitted to practice law in 1991 and is licensed in all levels of West Virginia state and federal trial courts. He is also licensed in all state and federal courts of appeals in West Virginia and before the United States Supreme Court, providing clients with broad courtroom support.

Jeffery focuses his practice on serious injury and wrongful death claims, including auto accidents, oil and gas rig injuries and death, coal mine injuries and death, power plant injuries, pipeline injuries, bad faith insurance, products liability, toxic torts, litigation, appeals, and motor vehicle accident claims for plaintiffs statewide.
