Jeff C. Chukwuma

Jeff C. Chukwuma is a criminal defense and personal injury attorney who represents individuals facing serious legal challenges. His practice focuses on defending clients against state and federal criminal charges and advocating for those harmed by negligence. As a former Assistant State Attorney for Florida’s 17th Judicial Circuit, he brings valuable insight into how cases are built and prosecuted. Mr. Chukwuma earned a B.A. in Criminal Justice from Florida Atlantic University, where he developed a solid understanding of the criminal justice system. He went on to earn his J.D. from Shepard Broad College of Law at Nova Southeastern University. His education supports his ability to analyze complex legal issues, apply procedural rules, and clearly explain legal options, risks, and strategies to clients throughout the legal process.

Throughout his legal career, Mr. Chukwuma has handled a wide range of felony criminal matters, including violent crimes and drug-related offenses.
