Jeanne Morales

Jeanne Morales has built a distinguished legal career focused on serving the people of West Texas through dedicated advocacy in immigration, bankruptcy, Social Security disability, criminal, and family law matters. Drawing from her strong background in public service and leadership, Jeanne approaches each case with integrity, empathy, and a commitment to achieving fair and practical results for her clients.

Before beginning her legal career, Jeanne served honorably in the U.S. Coast Guard for nearly three decades, retiring as a Senior Chief Boatswain’s Mate. Her Coast Guard tenure included assignments on cutters and at search and rescue stations, as well as serving as a law enforcement instructor with the PACAREA Training Team One. After her extensive service to the nation, Jeanne pursued her Juris Doctor from Texas Tech School of Law, graduating in 1997. Soon after, she began her legal journey as a law clerk to the Honorable Brian Quinn on the Seventh Court of Appeals in Amarillo, Texas, where she refined her analytical and research skills before entering private practice.

Jeanne’s legal work reflects her dedication to helping individuals and families overcome challenges in various areas of law. Her clients benefit from her ability to explain complex issues clearly and her practical, results-driven approach. Beyond her legal practice, she has demonstrated a passion for community education and outreach, spending two years as host of the radio talk show “By the Back Fence,” where she discussed financial and consumer topics to help listeners make informed decisions about everyday issues.

Jeanne Morales exemplifies integrity, discipline, and compassion—qualities that have defined both her military and legal careers and continue to guide her as she advocates for justice and fairness on behalf of her clients. Jeanne’s leadership also extends into education, serving on the Board of Directors of Orion Online Learning, an organization providing K–12 students with accessible, self-paced online instruction.
