Michael P. Dunn is a respected Milwaukee attorney who focuses his practice on Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 bankruptcy, commercial real estate matters, and complex business litigation. Michael earned his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame in 1980. Waste Management of Wisconsin, Inc., he successfully defended multiple defendants in claims involving alleged contamination of private water wells. He also played key roles in State ex rel Boehm v. DNR and DeBeck v. DNR, both landmark environmental cases that helped clarify state regulations.
