Jeanne F. Singer

Jeanne F. Singer is the principal attorney at her own estate and tax law practice, with offices in Hagerstown and Frederick, Maryland. She focuses on estate planning, estate and trust administration, tax planning, and compliance. As both an attorney and a certified public accountant, she advises families and business clients on legal documents, asset transfers, and tax concerns. Jeanne received a B.S. from Boston University in 1989 and a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 1993.
