He then pursued legal studies at Drake University Law School, completing his J.D. with a Business Law Certificate in 2018. Seeking to strengthen his understanding of business and management, he advanced his education with an M.B.A. from Vlerick Business School in Brussels, Belgium, graduating with distinction in 2020.

Jasper developed an early interest in public service and legal systems during his undergraduate years, including an internship in Washington, D.C. with the United States Senate. This experience helped shape his perspective on law and governance. During law school, he broadened his skillset by working with an entertainment company in Los Angeles and later went on to create his own entertainment business, which provided him with valuable entrepreneurial experience and insight into contract and business matters.

Jasper continued building his professional foundation by working at a local insurance company while pursuing further business studies. His time abroad in Belgium added an international dimension to his training, giving him a broader understanding of global business practices and cultural perspectives that inform his work with clients today.
