Joseph A. Giordano

Joseph A. Giordano began his legal career as a Deputy Attorney General for the State of Delaware, where he gained extensive courtroom experience prosecuting criminal cases in multiple courts. His time in public service showed him the importance of law in shaping everyday lives. In 2004, he transitioned into private practice to serve individuals and small businesses more personally.

Joe completed his studies at Salesianum High School in 1990. He went on to earn a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Delaware in 1994. His academic path continued at Widener University School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor in 2000, preparing him for a wide-ranging legal career in Delaware.

Joe now focuses much of his work on real estate, handling both residential and commercial matters. In addition, he counsels clients in business transactions and entity formation, providing practical guidance for entrepreneurs and established organizations. His involvement with the Board of Realtors reflects his commitment to the real estate community, where he has also taught continuing education courses for professionals statewide.

Joe remains active in community engagement beyond the practice of law. He has coached high school rugby teams, contributed to local lacrosse programs, and supported youth development through leadership roles in organizations such as the Delaware Rugby Foundation and the Delaware Football Club. His service on the New Garden Township Planning Commission highlights his dedication to public service at the community level.
