Jason W. Jutz

Jason W. Jutz is a litigation attorney with extensive experience in construction defect litigation and contract law. He has represented clients in complex disputes requiring strategic negotiation, arbitration, and trial advocacy. Known for his meticulous preparation and attention to detail, Jason consistently delivers effective solutions to clients facing complex legal challenges.

Jason graduated from the University of Hawaii’s William S. Richardson School of Law in 2016, where he earned certificates in both Native Hawaiian Law and Environmental Law. During law school, he served as Editor-in-Chief of the University of Hawaii Law Review and competed on the award-winning Jessup International Law Moot Court team, advancing to the international round in Washington, D.C.

Throughout his career, Jason has handled a wide variety of cases, including class action arbitration and alternative dispute resolution matters. His ability to manage intricate proceedings in mediation and arbitration has made him a trusted advocate in resolving disputes outside of court, while also being a strong litigator when trial becomes necessary.

In addition to his legal training, Jason holds degrees in culinary and patisserie arts and previously worked as a chef. He also spent two years as a SCUBA instructor in Aruba, experiences that bring a unique perspective to his professional life. An Eagle Scout, he remains dedicated to public service through volunteer work with organizations such as Project SHINE and Big Brothers Big Sisters of America.

Jutz is licensed to practice law in Hawaii and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Hawaii, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. He continues to build a strong reputation for advocacy while enjoying Hawaii’s natural beauty, especially hiking and backpacking along the Puna Coast.
