Jason Shartzer is a dedicated personal injury attorney passionate about securing justice for those harmed by negligence. Jason earned his Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2002, following a Bachelor of Arts in History from Loyola University New Orleans in 1998. A proud Indianapolis native, he graduated from Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory School in 1993. Since being admitted to the Indiana Bar in 2003, he has successfully represented clients in state and federal courts, including the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
Jason has received numerous honors and accolades throughout his career, including recognition as a “Top 100 Trial Lawyer” by The National Trial Lawyers and a “Top 40 Under 40” by multiple prestigious legal organizations. He has also been named a Super Lawyer’s “Rising Star” and holds an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, a testament to his legal expertise and ethical standards.
