Jason Kisner

Jason Kisner is the founder of Kisner Law, where he represents clients in personal injury and workers’ compensation matters across Maryland and Washington, D.C. He is committed to delivering focused advocacy that helps injured individuals recover compensation after serious accidents. With experience on both sides of litigation and a reputation for strong trial work, he guides clients through challenging moments with clarity, preparation, and determined representation.

Jason holds a B.A. from Villanova University, an M.S. from West Virginia University, a J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law, and an LL.M. from The George Washington University Law School. His advanced legal training provides a strong foundation for managing complex cases involving workplace injuries, motor vehicle collisions, and other forms of negligence. He uses this background to analyze claims thoroughly and build strategies that support each client’s goals.

Early in his career, Jason worked in insurance defense, gaining valuable insight into the tactics insurers use to minimize or deny claims. This experience allows him to anticipate obstacles, negotiate effectively, and prepare cases with a full understanding of the opposition’s approach. He has handled more than 500 district court trials and over 75 jury trials, giving him the courtroom experience needed to manage high-stakes matters and advocate confidently for injured individuals.
